SHIPPING POLICY

At Varepets, we work with different suppliers to offer you the best variety of products for your pet. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all our products within the United States.

Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves into preparation. Processing typically takes between 1 and 3 business days before your order ships.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days, depending on the product and the supplier's location. In some exceptional cases, especially with items from international suppliers, delivery may take up to 40-60 days. If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Tracking
All our shipments include tracking. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress every step of the way.

Delays
While we work to ensure every order arrives within the estimated timeframe, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, high demand). If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the maximum timeframe stated above, please contact us at varepets@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product. We'll review each case to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
